Despite the high level of recognition and wealth of research on people’s experiences with racial microaggressions, very little is known about how people perceive microaggressions. The present research aims to shed light on this concept. Using a sample of 600 participants, we provide evidence for the factor structure, reliability, and both convergent and discriminant validity of each scale.
